Payment Policy

Being Kalindri – From our kitchen to your heart.

At Being Kalindri, we believe in keeping everything as simple, transparent, and trustworthy as the food we serve. This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed when you place an order with us.

1. Secure Payment Partner

All online payments on our website are processed safely and securely through our official payment partner – Razorpay.

Razorpay uses advanced encryption and security measures to ensure your payment details remain private and protected at every step.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options through Razorpay:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking (All Major Banks)
  • Wallets and EMI options (where available)

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive:

An order confirmation email from Being Kalindri

A payment receipt from Razorpay confirming your transaction

If you do not receive either within a few minutes, please reach out to us — we’ll be happy to help verify your payment status.

4. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, don’t worry.

Such payments are usually automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days, as per their policy.

If you still face any issue, contact us at beingkalindri@gmail.com or +91 63926 90953, and we’ll coordinate with Razorpay to ensure your refund is processed.

 5. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

As all our food items are freshly prepared to order, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment system to confirm processing and dispatch.

6. No Refunds or Adjustments

Payments made for successfully confirmed orders are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued only in the case of failed or duplicate payments, in accordance with Razorpay’s refund policy.

7. Price Validity

All product prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.

Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in natural ingredient costs, but orders already placed will be honoured at the price booked.

8. Billing Information

Please ensure that your billing details (name, address, contact number, and payment credentials) are accurate at the time of checkout.

Being Kalindri will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect billing information.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your payment information is handled exclusively by Razorpay’s secure gateway.

Being Kalindri does not store or access your payment details.

We collect only the basic order details (name, contact, address) to process your order and communicate updates.
