Being Kalindri – From our kitchen to your heart.
At Being Kalindri, every product is made with love, care, and freshness — just like we prepare food at home.
Because our products are homemade food items, each order is freshly prepared only after confirmation. Hence, to maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
1. No Return Policy
All our products are freshly made-to-order homemade food items (like laddus, sweets, and snacks).
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
Each item is packed with utmost care to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition — fresh, intact, and ready to enjoy.
2. No Order Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed by our Order Management Team, it cannot be cancelled.
This is because every order triggers a fresh preparation process in our kitchen.
We do not keep pre-made stock, ensuring that every sweet or snack you receive is made just for you.
3. Refund Eligibility
Being Kalindri follows a no-refund policy for all successfully confirmed and delivered orders.
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Payment was deducted but failed due to a technical issue.
A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
In such cases, refunds are handled directly under Razorpay’s Payment Gateway Policy and are usually credited back to your source account within 5–7 business days.
4. Quality Assurance
Before dispatch, every product goes through a careful quality and packaging check to ensure freshness and safety.
We use India Post (Speed Post) for all deliveries, a trusted partner that ensures reliable and secure transportation.
Hence, the chances of damage during transit are negligible.
However, if you face any issue upon receiving your order, please reach out to us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist you.
5. Payment Issues
If you experience a failed payment or a payment-related concern, kindly share the following details with us for quick resolution:
Razorpay payment ID / transaction ID
Order ID (if generated)
Registered email or phone number
Our team will verify the details with Razorpay and assist you in tracking or processing your refund (if applicable).
