Being Kalindri is an individual-owned brand operated by Kalpit Chaddha, based in Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh, India – 262701.

We are dedicated to offering authentic, homemade Indian sweets and snacks prepared with care, purity, and love.

2. Payment Gateway

All online payments are securely processed through our official payment partner – Razorpay.

We do not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details. All transactions are encrypted and processed on Razorpay’s secure platform.

3. Pricing Policy

The prices listed on our website are based on current ingredient costs and may change without prior notice, as we use only natural ingredients that can fluctuate in market value.

However, if you’ve already placed an order before a price change, your order will be delivered at the same price you booked it for.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once your order is confirmed by our Order Management Team, it cannot be cancelled.

This is because every product is freshly prepared especially for you — we don’t stock ready-made items.

Freshness and quality are our top priorities, and each order is made with that promise in mind.

5. Refund Policy

We follow a no-refund policy for all successfully processed orders.

Refunds are only applicable in the case of failed or duplicate payments, and such refunds are handled directly under the Razorpay Payment Gateway Policy.

If you face any payment issue, please reach out to us and we’ll assist you promptly.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, text, images, graphics, and product descriptions on our website belong exclusively to Being Kalindri.

Any use, reproduction, or distribution of our content without written permission from us is strictly prohibited.
